Want to give your marketing team or other staff members access to Ads Manager? It's simple to do and takes no more than a few minutes. Follow the instructions below.
1. Go to Your Company's Users Page
From the left-hand toolbar, click "Account." Then in the pop-up panel that appears, click "Users."
2. Find the User You'd Like to Edit
Scroll through the list to find the user you'd like to grant Ads Manager access to. You can scroll through the list manually, or click Ctrl/Cmd+F to use your browser's "search and find" feature.
Click the user's name to pull up their details page.

3. Check the Box for Ads Manager
Under the Permissions section, click in the box for "All Features" under "Ads Manager." Checking this box will allow this PSAI User to access Ads Manager and use the tool to launch Facebook ads through PSAI.
While you're on the User page anyway, now is a good time to review that user's permissions! You can check and uncheck the relevant boxes to change his or her PSAI access. Learn more about the various user permissions here.
If you're planning to use the same permission settings for several PSAI users, consider adding a new custom role to save yourself time in the future.
4. Save Your Changes
Once you've finished editing the User's permission levels and other details, click the blue "Save" button at the bottom to save your changes.
As soon as you've granted access via the steps above, your PSAI User will see Ads Manager appear in the left-hand toolbar.
