Why Am I Not Getting Any GAF Warranty Notifications?

If you have an active GAF WeatherHub account, why aren't you receiving any GAF Warranty Notifications? There are several potential reasons why you may not have seen a GAF Warranty Notification come through yet, and we'll walk you through the most common scenarios below.


​​1. There Has Not Been Recent Storm Activity

GAF Warranty Notifications are activated for severe weather that produces 1"+ hail and/or 60+ mph winds and affects homes with an active Enhanced GAF warranty. If there have not been any severe storms in your area that meet those criteria, a GAF Warranty Notification will not be generated.

2. GAF Integration with PSAI is Not Set Up

You will only be able to receive notifications for GAF Warranty Notifications if you have an integration set up between GAF and PSAI.
