Which Support Plan Do I Have?
Your support plan depends on the level of PSAI subscription you have:
- The Standard plan accompanies all PSAI Edge packages.
- The Plus plan accompanies all PSAI Professional and Enterprise packages.
Not Sure About Your PSAI Package?
If you don't remember which PSAI package/subscription you have, you can easily check by logging into PSAI and going to "My Subscription" under "Account."
Your subscription will be shown at the very top of the "My Subscription" page.
How Do I Get Help?
Depending on your PSAI subscription, you'll have a number ways to get in contact with customer service. The target response time is shown is in the table above.
- Email: Send an email to us, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
- Phone: Call a customer service representative and get live help on the phone.
Remember that every PSAI user can also submit a Support ticket through this link or by opening the Help widget in the bottom right corner of the screen.
