Two-factor authentication is required by Facebook to launch an ad campaign. (If you do not have two-factor authentication set up, you may receive a "content isn't available" Facebook error.)
Follow the instructions below to check whether you have two-factor authentication and to set it up if you do not.
1. Log into Facebook
Log into your personal Facebook account.
2. Go to Settings
In the upper right corner, click the arrow to open the dropdown menu. Then click Settings & privacy and then Settings.
3. Go to Security and Login
From the left menu, click Security and Login.
4. Add Two-Factor Authentication
Under the section for two-factor authentication, check that it is turned on. If it isn't, click Edit to set it up.
