At Spectrum, our goal is to provide you with the tools, resources, and results you're looking for, and that just became easier with the introduction of the Single Sign-On (SSO) system for PSAI platform users. In this article, we'll explore the most common questions about SSO, what it means to you, and how this update will enhance your user experience.


​​Why are You Changing the Login Process?

We are always looking for ways to improve our services and your experience. This update simplifies your access, making it quicker to log in and navigate the PSAI platform. It also paves the way for future enhancements and module developments.

How Will this Update Affect My Current Login Information?

After the update, you'll be prompted to reset your password upon your first login to PSAI. This will become your new password for the platform. Your username will remain the same.

When Will this Update take Place?

The new streamlined login process will be implemented on June 26th.

What Will the New Login Screen Look Like?

We will provide additional information on the new login screen in our upcoming communications, so you can familiarize yourself with the new look. An example of the login screen is below.

What Happens if I Forget My New Password?

If you forget your password, simply click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. You'll be guided through the process to reset it.

What Should I Do if I have Trouble Logging in After the Update?

What Does "Unified Branding" Mean in the Context of this Update?

'Unified branding' refers to the consistent look and feel we're implementing across our platform and services. We're ensuring that our PSAI platform shares a similar design aesthetic with our broader suite of services, including our enterprise platform, LISA.

This doesn't mean that your PSAI platform is merging with LISA. Rather, we're working to create a more visually coherent experience for you when you use our services. This also means that if you ever decide to expand and use our other services like LISA, the transition will be smoother due to the familiar interface and branding.
