There are several possible reasons for this error. First doublecheck the following:
- You are signed into the correct personal Facebook account. (Try logging out and back into Facebook to be sure.)
- The personal Facebook account you are signing into is an owner and administrator of your Facebook Business Page.
If this is the case and you are still receiving this error, then one more field to check is your Ad Account Contact in Facebook. Follow the steps below.
1. Log into Facebook
Log into your personal Facebook account that is an owner and administrator of your Facebook Business page.
2. Go to Settings
Click the arrow in the upper right, click Settings & privacy, and then click Settings.
3. Check for an Ad Account Contact
In the General tab, look for the ad account contact. This field must be filled out with an email address. If the field is blank or has a phone number, please click Edit to update it to an email address.
Once this field is updated, please try connecting your Facebook in PSAI again.
