How Does Gia Work?
Gia is a single add-on widget that does the job of many distinct tools in one. By placing her on your website, she will:

Can I Communicate with Chat Leads?
Yes! As soon as Gia has collected the lead's contact information, she will flow the lead into the Com Portal. You'll see the the lead marked by a chat icon along with a full transcript of the lead's conversation with Gia.
Once the lead has entered the Com Portal, you can communicate in a number of ways:
- If you're signed in and available to chat, you can take over the chat from Gia at any time! Simply type your chat message into the box at the bottom and click Send.
- If the lead is no longer actively chatting, you can open a new email or SMS engagement by clicking the envelope or the cell phone at the top of the panel (as shown below).

How Do I Add Gia to My Website?
Like the other PSAI site tools, it's very easy to add Gia to your website. The basic process is this:
- Create a "Chatbot" type site tool
- Customize your chatbot
- Copy and paste some code to add the chatbot to your website
That's it! As soon as Gia is live on your website, she'll get to work collecting lead information and flowing it into the Com Portal.
You can return to PSAI to edit your chatbot's settings at any time, including the lead notification emails, button colors and greeting text, and more.
