1. Go to the Com Portal
After logging into PSAI, navigate to the Com Portal.
2. Open the Filters
In the Com Portal, click the button for "Filters" to open the filtering options.
3. Apply Archived Filter
In the filter modal, check the selection for "Archived."
Then click the button to apply the filter.
That's it! Now your archived leads will appear in the lead queue. The filter for "Archived" will show, and each engagement in the list will have a box icon to indicate its archived status. Click on any engagement to view it.
Please note that if a customer replies to an archived conversation, it will be automatically unarchived and moved back into the lead queue.
