How to View Archived Conversations

Once you've archived a conversation, the only way to view it is to apply a filter to the lead queue in the Com Portal. Follow the instructions below.

1. Go to the Com Portal

After logging into PSAI, navigate to the Com Portal.

2. Open the Filters

In the Com Portal, Filters to open the filtering options.

3. Apply Archived Filter

In the filter modal, check the selection for Archived and then click Apply at the bottom..

That's it! Now your archived leads will appear in the lead queue, with each engagement marked by the file box icon. Click on any engagement to view it.

Please note that if a customer replies to an archived conversation, it will be automatically unarchived and moved back into the lead queue.
