No. Once you have finished the process of creating your PSAI phone number, you cannot change the number. If you would like a different one, you would need to create a new phone number.
Although you cannot change the phone number itself, you can change everything else about it! You can:
- Rename the site tool
- Update the forwarding phone number
- Update the label for the phone number
- Enable or disable the Lead Source Notification Tool
- Change who on your team is notified of a phone/SMS lead
