You've followed our instructions on using an endpoint to flow PSAI leads into your CRM, but your leads are not showing up in your CRM as they should.
The most common cause of this problem is an incorrectly configured endpoint URL within PSAI. Note that the endpoint should include the full website domain, including any https:// and www.

To solve this issue, please doublecheck the endpoint URL that is entered in the settings of the PSAI app or ad. If the formatting is not correct, try updating your endpoints to include the proper protocols.
