Problem
You're trying to use Ads Manager, but the Ads Manager screen is empty or you're otherwise unable to use the tool.
Solution
If you are having issues using Ads Manager, there are a number of potential causes and solutions. The following are the most common problems:
- You don't have access to Ads Manager. Learn how to give PSAI User access to Ads Manager.
- You don't have a privacy policy on your website. Learn how to add a privacy policy to your site.
- You haven't added your privacy policy link to PSAI. Learn how to link your privacy policy to PSAI.
- You haven't set up your Facebook connection. Learn how to connect your Facebook Business Page to PSAI.
All of these steps must be completed before you'll be able to create and launch an ad through PSAI Ads Manager. We recommend double-checking that each step has been completed.
If you've completed a step previously but the information was deleted (for example, your privacy policy link has been removed from PSAI or your credit card has been removed from Facebook), then you'll simply need to add it back in to reactivate Ads Manager. Your previously created ads will all be there.
