Has a tool within PSAI suddenly disappeared from your screen? We will never remove any major functionality or feature without informing you in advance, so it's unlikely that the tool has actually been removed. This article explains the most common cause of a missing feature in PSAI and how to solve it.
Problem
You've logged into PSAI as usual, but you are no longer seeing a core feature that you're accustomed to using.
For example, you may no longer see the "Calculate Predictive Portraits" button.
Or maybe your lead queue looks smaller, with fewer buckets available at the top.
Or maybe you can't even see the lead queue because you can't see the Com Portal at all.
Solution
No matter which specific feature or tool of PSAI is missing, the most likely cause is the same: your current User permissions are restricting you from viewing that particular tool. (User permissions were recently expanded, so your previous settings may no longer be correct.)
The solution is to speak with your company's PSAI administrator, as this person can review your User settings and make sure that they are set appropriately based on the tools you need to use. All your administrator will need to do is go to your User page and check or uncheck the right permissions, as shown below.
