To help you get started, here are a few tips and tricks to keep in mind:
- We offer ongoing, free training webinars by a PSAI specialist. You and your team members are invited to join us for a live video call with step-by-step walk-throughs of PSAI tools and the opportunity for Q&A. Please learn more and register for free here.
- While you are always welcome to reach out to your PSAI onboarding specialist for help, the quickest way to get help is through the Help Desk. You can submit a Support ticket at this link or through the Help widget in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- If you're experiencing a technical issue, we may already have a troubleshooting article on it! Before you submit a request, explore our Troubleshooting section for immediate guidance.
- The PSAI Help Desk is being expanded every day, so check back often to find more resources, guides, and best practices. Our Help Desk section called "Explore the Features" has beginners' guides and FAQs for every tool within PSAI, so it's a great place to start.
- We are making improvements to PSAI all the time, and we prioritize building the features that our customers want most. You can use the Help widget in the bottom right corner of the screen to request a new feature.
