To upgrade your PSAI account to a higher-level subscription, please submit a Support ticket by filling out this link or by using the Help widget in the bottom right corner of the screen.
When filling out your ticket, please include any details about why you'd like to upgrade your plan. For example, you could explain which PSAI features you need more of, how many more lead connections you require, or how you plan to use your upgraded features.
Why do we ask? Only because we want to make sure that upgrading your account is the best choice for you. We won't ever recommend a higher-cost plan unless it truly provides value to your business. If there's a more cost-effective way for you to achieve your business goals, then we'll recommend that to you in place of a subscription upgrade.
Remember that you can always check your current subscription plan and number of lead connections remaining by going to "My Subscription" under your PSAI account, as shown below.
