In the process of setting up your storm campaign, you are receiving an error from Facebook that says, "Sorry, this content isn't available right now." This error is popping up whenever you try to accept the Facebook terms and conditions, preventing you from taking the next step in the storm campaign set-up.
One common cause of this problem is trying to set up a storm campaign using a Facebook account without a verified email address. (Only older Facebook accounts can experience this issue; newer accounts, made within the last several years, require email verification by default.)
Below is the recommended solution to this Facebook terms and conditions error.
Make Sure You Have an Email Associated with Your Facebook Account
A valid email address is required to set up an ad campaign. To check whether you have an email associated with your Facebook account, log into your personal Facebook page and then navigate to your account details: "Settings & Privacy" and then "Settings."
From your "Settings" page, you'll see a field for "Contact" as well as a field for "Ad account contact."
From this screen, there are two steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue.
Make Sure You Have a Verified Email Address
If you do not already have an email address in the "Contact" field (for example, you have a phone number instead), then you should add one now by clicking "Edit."
After you've added your email address on this screen, check your email and click the link from Facebook to verify your email address.
Until you complete this verification process, the "Contact" field will show "Pending Email," as shown in the image below. You will not be able to proceed as long as this screen shows "Pending."
Update the "Ad account contact" Field
Once you have verified your email address, you can add that same email address to the "Ad account contact" field.
With your verified email address as the ad account contact, you should be able to proceed with the remaining steps to successfully launch your storm campaign.
If you've completed the steps above but the process was not successful, then you may receive another error from Facebook, such as the one below.
If you have verified your email address and are still receiving an error like this when you attempt to change your ad account contact, wait a few minutes and then try again.
