The PSAI dashboard allows for an “at-a-glance” look at your leads and engagements.
Below you’ll see descriptions of each Dashboard element:
Inquiry Types (MTD)
This graphic displays the various inquiry types that have come into your company. This includes the following types:
- Billing Claim
- New Project
- Project Status
- Unknown Inquiry
Engagement Source (MTD)
You can set up multiples of each type of app by inputting the script on any entity you choose—creating numerous different engagement opportunities. This graphic displays the various sources for consumer engagement.
Total Leads (MTD)
This is a numerical display of the number of total leads for the month to date. It also displays a comparison of MTD leads to the previous month.
Total Engagements Closed (MTD)
This display offers a quick look at the number of engagements closed by each rep through the month to date. It then ranks the reps from highest number of total engagements closed to lowest in a leader-board format.
Total Leads (YTD)
This graph displays the total number of leads for each month for the year to date for a quick comparison overview.
Chat Conversations Used
This is a numerical display of the number of chat conversations used for the MTD out of your total allowance based on your subscription.
*NOTE: The term “chat conversation” refers to complete chats (customer left the chat conversation), not each individual “chat message” sent.
This is a numerical display of the number of predictive match indexes used for the month to date out of your total number allowed based on your subscription.
