Follow the instructions below to update your company's credit card and billing information.
1. Go to Your Account
Log into your PSAI admin portal and click "Account" in the bottom left corner.
2. Click "Billing"
In the pop-up panel that appears, click "Billing."
3. View and Update Your Credit Cards on File
On the Billing page, you'll see all of the credit cards you have on file.
To add a new credit card, click the blue plus sign icon (+) in the upper right-hand corner. To delete an existing credit card, click the trashcan icon.
To edit an existing credit card's address, nickname, or other details, click on the card from the list and then use the Billing Details page to make your changes. Then click "Save" when you're done.
If you only want to add, delete, or edit the credit cards you have on file, then the above instructions are enough. If you also want to change which credit card is currently being billed, then please follow the remaining steps.
4. Go to "My Subscription"
Click on your Account icon and then click "My Subscription."
5. Update Your Payment Method
The "My Subscription" page shows you your current subscription level, how many connections you have remaining, and your current payment method. To change the credit card that is being billed, please scroll down and select your preferred credit card under the "Payment Method" drop-down.
