If you're frequently setting different staff members to be notified by SMS when leads come in (from Site Tools, Ads Manager, or storm campaigns), then you may find it difficult to look up phone numbers for manual entry each time.
Instead of remembering the entire phone number and typing it out by hand, you can save the number to PSAI so that we can automatically suggest it to you in any phone number entry field, as shown below.
To save a phone number for autocomplete, follow these instructions.
1. Go to Account > Users
Click Account in the lower left corner and then click Users.
2. Click on a User
Please note that phone numbers are saved on a user-by-user basis. From your list of Users, click on any user for whom you'd like to save a mobile phone number.
3. Enter the Mobile Phone Number
In the field for Mobile Phone Number, enter the phone number.
Note that this number must be a valid mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS messages.
4. Save Your Changes
Scroll down to the bottom and click "Save."
5. Repeat If Needed
Want to add more phone numbers for different members of your team? Then follow the instructions above for each individual PSAI user.
What's next? Now that your mobile numbers are saved in PSAI, they'll show up as autocomplete suggestions any time you set SMS lead notifications.
