Has your company recently changed service areas? Whether you've added to your locations or restricted them, it's easy to edit your company details in your PSAI admin portal. Follow the instructions below.
It's very important to keep your areas served up-to-date, as this list is used to determine whether or not leads are qualified and to build AI Recommended ads for you. Learn more after the instructions.
1. Go to Your Company Settings
After you've logged into PSAI, click the Account icon in the lower left corner and then click "Settings" from the pop-up panel.
2. Enter Your Zip Code
There are two different ways that you can enter your company's areas served. (You can toggle between these two zip code options at any time by clicking the link immediately below the entry field, as shown in the screenshots below.)
First, you can type your zip code into the field and then enter a radius of how many miles around that zip code you're able to serve. As you change the radius, the map will update immediately with a visual display of the total area you've selected.
The second way you can set your company's area served is to write out a list of multiple zip codes separated by commas.
If your company serves two or more zip codes that are not immediately adjacent (for example, you serve two cities that are far away from one another), then you should use the second option, entering each zip code separated by a comma.
3. Save Your Changes
After you've set your areas served, scroll down and click the "Save" button.
Why Should I Update My Company's Areas Served?
Your company's areas served settings will be used in several ways throughout your PSAI tool suite, so it's essential to keep this information updated if and when anything changes. This information is used to:
- Determine whether or not leads are within your service area (done instantly and automatically for you by our chatbot Gia)
- Create custom AI Recommended ads in Ads Manager, which you can launch on Facebook in just a few clicks
Without up-to-date service areas, leads may be prematurely disqualified or falsely qualified—making it harder to move leads through your sales funnel, as more manual input will be required. A simple update to your company settings, as described above, can save your entire team time and prevent confusion among your potential customers.
