Storm Campaign Set-Up Error: "Unable to Receive Agency Access"


You are trying to launch a storm campaign from your PSAI Weather map. You have successfully logged into your personal Facebook account, and you are able to select the correct Facebook Business Page from the drop-down menu. However, upon selecting your business, a red error message pops up and prevents you from proceeding the next step.

As shown in the screenshot below, the error reads, "We were unable to receive agency access to this page. You must be an owner of the page."


If you cannot see your Facebook Business Page in the drop-down menu at all, then you're logged into a Facebook account that is not connected to your Facebook Business Page. Click the link for "Logout Facebook" to log back into the correct account.


If you are logged into the correct Facebook account but are still receiving the error shown above, then the problem is mostly likely within your Facebook Business Integrations settings. Follow the instructions below to resolve this issue.

1. Go to Your Facebook Settings

In another tab of your browser, open your personal Facebook account. Click the arrow in the upper right, and then click "Settings & Privacy."


2. Go to Your Business Integrations

After you've clicked "Settings & Privacy," you'll have to click "Settings" again to open up your Facebook account settings, as shown below. Then in the left-hand column, scroll down and click "Business Integrations."


3. Check the Box Next to Predictive Sales AI

On the Business Integrations page, make sure that the Predictive Sales AI integration is set to active. If the box is empty, check it to re-activate it. Then click "Save" at the bottom to save your changes.


Once you've updated your Business Integrations settings, you can go back to your storm campaign in PSAI and complete the launch process.
