No. At this time, you can receive phone calls to your PSAI phone number, but you cannot place an outbound call using your PSAI phone number.
If a lead calls your PSAI phone number and you miss the call, then you can see a record of the call and listen to the voicemail directly within the Com Portal.

To call the lead back, use your standard office or mobile line. Alternatively, you can send a text message to the lead through the Com Portal.
