The orange Recommended tag in the Com Portal is used to identify AI-recommended contact information. This information has not been directly provided by the homeowner but instead has been automatically suggested through PSAI's strategic data partners.

AI-recommended contact information works similarly to caller ID. Whenever someone calls your PSAI phone number or provides incomplete contact information when submitting a form, PSAI will auto-match the lead's contact information and mark it as "Recommended."

These recommendations are based on the most up-to-date data from trusted providers (who update their data sets daily). However, we do recommend using this contact information as a guide and always inquiring with the homeowner to confirm the first name, last name, and home address.
