Did you try to add a new review tool in your reputation manager and one of the options was disabled or greyed out?
Review sources are directly tied to a specific region. For example, Google reviews are written on a contractor's Google My Business Page and that page cannot be set up without providing a specific mailing address to Google.
We have designed PSAI in a similar way. You can only setup 1 review source per location that you have established in your company settings.

If you select a location from the previous step and that location already has a Google, Yelp!, or other review source set up for that location, that review source will appear disabled.
What Can I do if a Review Source is Disabled?
You can check your review sites and edit the existing review source for the location you are trying to connect. Or you can create a new location in your account settings.
Note: we do not recommend setting up multiple locations for the same service area (ie Northwest suburbs of Chicago and the North suburbs of Chicago) Please contact the PSAI customer success team if you have questions about multiple review sources for the same region.
